JV Financial Services Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter:
    The promoter of this competition is JV Financial Services.
  2. Competition Period:
    The competition replaces the Boat cruise competition and concludes at 11:59 PM on 31 January 2025.

The prize draw will take place on 31 January 2025.

  1. Eligibility:
  • The competition is open to all current clients of JV Financial Services.
  • All clients must enter to win.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
  • Employees of JV Financial Services and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  1. Prizes:
  • 1st Prize: $2000 travel voucher
  • 2nd Prize: $500 petrol voucher
  • 3rd Prize: $200 petrol voucher
  • 4th Prize: $200 petrol voucher
  • 5th Prize: $100 petrol voucher
  1. Prize Draw:
  • The prize draw will be conducted on 31 January 2025.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified via phone and email within 48 hours of the draw.
  1. Prize Conditions:
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The travel voucher must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
  • JV Financial Services is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the use of the prizes.
  1. Publicity:
    By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the competition, including the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  • JV Financial Services reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
